the high pressure hose fittings and assemblies we produced are mainly for domestic and imported excavators, breaking hammer and large hydraulic equipment. we have introduced west germany devices, swallow-pull type production process, and also have developed a set of technology which makes the cover inside and outside groove cooperate with the core closely, skiving hose from inside and outside. the technology we researched takes advantages of thin inside and outside of the imported hose with sae, din standard, increasing the core part, so that the intermediate of the core and steel wire engaging tightly, and the intermediate core is tightly sealed to prevent channeling head and oil leakage.
