jinn tan c h has worked in the real estate industry since 1994 and has accumulated an immense amount of experience, knowledge and skills related to real estate sales and marketing.   as a certified real estate agent since 1994, jinn started with sales and leasings of private properties in singapore before moving over to a property developer in the early 2000s where she was part of the project sales team, marketing project launches.  in 2012, jinn was headhunted by a singapore property agency to market singapore properties in malaysia. this overseas experience exposed her to different marketing and sales strategies that further enriched her knowledge and experience.  jinn ventured into commercial projects in 2013 as this complemented her skill in selling residential projects, especially to investors. in 2017 jinn joined era realty network pte ltd. as the first public listed real estate agency in singapore, it has a large portfolio of residential projects with a good support system.
