with over 40 years in the ventilation, air conditioning & electrical engineering industry, jj engineering company has grown steadily from a small concern into a thriving business. the company was jointly founded in 1972 by fred kidley & peter bailes. they started with just the two partners based from home, but as worked increased and they took on more employees the company moved to its present address in dagenham east, essex. paul kidley, fred’s son, started as an apprentice in 1982 and is now managing the business. peter took early retirement in 1998 and fred just recently in 2010 at the age of 77yrs. business has improved still further and the workforce is still growing. we feel that part of our success over the years is not only the continuity of management that a family business brings, but also that we have been able to maintain a loyal and hardworking workforce. many of our employees have started with us as apprentices and remain to this day. today we offer a complete packa
