jk design gmbh was founded by award-winning austrian designer, julia koerner in 2015 in austria. julia koerner is internationally recognized for design innovation in 3d-printing and created 3d-printed designs in collaboration with ruth e. carter, marvel, chanel | maison lesage, iris van herpen, swarovski, among others. jk design gmbh, is specialized in 3d design for 3d printing and emergent technologies with offices in salzburg and vienna, austria. the project portfolio covers multiple scales and disciplines including architecture, product, fashion and costume design. julia koerner's long time experience and expertise in computational design, 3d modeling and additive manufacturing techniques are applied to project development from concept to production. jk design gmbh realizes commissioned projects, collaborates with other designers and brands as well as owns the in-house brand jk3d®. jk design has received the wikarus for best startup company awarded by the economic chamber of sa
