i love capturing moments that otherwise may not have been able to be frozen in time. i’m definitely not your typical photographer as i try to stay away from the “staged” photos and focus more on capturing raw emotion. i’m also very involved in the charlotte community and one of my passions is being an advocate for children’s cancer research. i volunteer for a great program at presbyterian hospital called arts for life. through this program, i’ve been able to interact with children who not only have cancer, but also other diseases. when i began thinking about starting my photography business, i tried to think of ways that i could also give back at the same time. this is why i am donating $10 from each session fee to curesearch.
