family owned and operated and proudly canadian venture, built on over 20 years of close family friends and connections between our urban and rural lives and upbringing. as wood enthusiasts we searched for unique, authentic and natural wood pieces for the homes of our friends and families. without any luck finding what we loved in the city, we turned to our friends in rural farms and mills across ontario. our story began years ago by asking one farmer friend for wood to make a family dining table. the amazing results sparked our imagination and interest, and everything grew from there. we now spend our free time visiting and scouring our friendly farms, mills, old barns, sheds, fields and even firewood piles for wooden treasures. we don't cut live trees, all our efforts and pieces are hand salvaged from already fallen wood. we give new life to overlooked pieces, and through hard work and creative ideas, we try to bring these pieces to life. we are an artisinal based business, and fo
