jm|a+d is a growing full service, sustainably driven architecture firm just trying to leave things a little better than we found them. we are committed to creating a better future for the community and the planet. our philosophy at jm|a+d is to address that complex equation of the design process as a collaborative, client focused approach that balances the variables of aesthetics, function, performance, budget and innovation with an emphasis on project execution. we are currently based out of los angeles, with a growing presence in bend, as well as future plans for additional cities. we are a small firm with big ideas! we value those who are passionate about innovation, diversity and collaboration.
