our goal is to train and coach individuals who can help organizations achieve sustainable agility by focusing on the transformation of people, not just processes. we have an agile mindset and live it everyday as we ourselves are senior scrum masters. we value respect, collaboration, improvement, and learning cycles. we offer both small group classes and personalized, private sessions. training: we use either a small group setting or private classes to take our students though an immersive learning experience which provides practical tools and experiences to acquire an agile mindset and help them to earn their professional scrum masters i (psm i) certificate through scrum.org. coaching: we offer private sessions to assist current scrum masters with personalized coaching to help them develop their real-world scrum and agile skills in their workplace.
