jm fitness was founded in 2020 by jason ostrander and michael hornig as an outlet to keep our #fitfam together during a city-wide shutdown that forced gyms and boutique fitness to close during the covid-19 pandemic. our mission is to provide the best at-home workout experiences. our community is supportive, inclusive, and we love to work(out) hard together! after working together at boutique fitness studios slt nyc and flywheel sports, creators jason ostrander and michael hornig decided early in the pandemic that they needed to keep their fitness community together by creating jm fitness. starting when they were in separate apartments, jm fitness began as a way for ostrander and hornig to do something they loved together that also benefited their fitness community at large. they made their name teaching megaformer, treadmill running, and indoor cycling workouts to thousands of clients pre-pandemic and now these first-class instructors can be streamed straight into the comfort of you
