jnespace ltd are an innovative new business, striving to provide an innovative approach to an otherwise traditional building sector, in the manufacture and installation of highly efficient, low carbon and economical modular buildings. we can supply timber modular solutions to both the domestic and commercial sectors and in the social housing market - we believe that we understand the current economic climate, funding issues which affect the rsl (registered social landlords) and the governments continued drive to provide higher quality, lower cost and carbon free housing stock. the company has been set-up to bring together a wealth of design, manufacturing and installation experience, with a distinct bias towards timber engineered structures. many companies operate within the modular / volumetric sector, but none are using the primary materials proposed by jnes who will also deliver architecture/design of quality to improve the built environment.
