working as a consultant, i present, develop and facilitate workshops and training, and write strategic plans on issues relating to gender equity and female representation. i work with organisations across both the public and private sectors to assist them in improving their policies and their understanding of issues relating to gender in the workplace. i also am available as a speaker, to present on issues relating to gender equity and women in leadership. particularly notable recent clients include the australian services union, the abc, and the ywca. • stay up to date in all research and legislation affecting gender equity and representation; • conduct organisation specific research and analysis to provide individualised content; • create recommendations / reports that are practicable and can be understood by a wide audience; • present concepts relating to gender equity and representation in an engaging and meaningful manner.
