i began my coaching practice in december of 2020 because i believe more people deserve to live their dream life. i know what it's like to feel purpose-less, unmotivated, tired, and limited. i used to be a shy, socially anxious girl who doubted her abilities. as much as i wanted to put myself out there, i was scared and didn't know where to start. then i learned, that the people who make the most growth in life are the ones who "get comfortable being uncomfortable". this philosophy resonated with me, so i started to do things which scared me. in my senior year of high school i decided to do pursue the leadership position of drum major. i got the position and led my school's marching band through competitions, parades, and school events. in 2017, i delivered a tedx talk titled "defeating apathy" in front of a crowd of 100 peers. in 2019, i got my nasm personal training certification and began training clients. as much as i loved helping people build a stronger, healthier body, i wanted
