i have over 12 years experience of supporting individuals who struggle with managing mental health and wellbeing. i am able to provisionally diagnose and treat individuals using a range of approaches, all with a strong evidence base to support their use in relieving distress however, i aim to treat the person as an individual, adopting an integrative approach to suit their needs. i am a fully qualified cognitive behavioural therapists (cbt), accredited by the british association for behavioural and cognitive psychotherapies (babcp) , also a qualified practitioner in eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (emdr) therapy, trained by an accredited european training provider. i also incorporate a range of alternative therapies (cft & act) into my practice it can feel daunting and uncertain when reaching out for help but my aim is to build trust and offer a safe space to support you in your journey to self-fulfilment. covering liverpool, merseyside, cheshire, warrington, manchester, nor
