i was born and raised in south africa and having completed a ba hons. degree in clinical psychology decided to move abroad and explore my celtic roots! i moved to ireland in 2002 - the same week the punt changed to the euro, which was an adventure, to say the least! it did not take long for my brain to start itching and enrolled to complete my ma in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy at the university of limerick. i graduated in 2008 and after completing my accreditation hours, i set up my private practice in limerick in 2009. i have since pivoted my practice online and support entrepreneurs in their journey of personal growth and business growth.
