for talented but underprivileged young people in low and middle income countries, job opportunities are not readily available. at the same time, many organizations are struggling to find and retain the right talent. we support talented young people and make the match between talent and openings in the market. we do this in a business-like manner, but with a big heart. as a social enterprise, we focus on impact. for young people, for their families, for organizations and for society in the countries in which we are active.
