Jobacus

jobacus is the most powerful online job search tool even designed. it extracts up to 52 different 'answers to questions'​ about a job, and rewrites/converts them into database fields, allowing a job seeker to decide to apply to jobs without having to read the detailed job listing. in doing this, it also successfully screens out any jobs that would not be fits and allows a job seeker to review only those fields of interest (e.g. job title, company) before they decide if they want to apply. in addition to supporting the 'decision process'​ for jobs, it also extracts the application instructions and content (e.g. email address, names, etc.) required to properly respond to the company. using pre-loaded cover letters and resumes from the user, it marries these into an automated building application allowing the response to be created and reviewed by a user without having to manually build it, but with the opportunity to confirm or alter before submission. summer 2016 marked our being ready
