jobbed! is the brainchild of ex-industry professionals who themselves experienced significant frustration in having to sift through voluminous amounts of resumes, all of which were presented differently from candidates often not qualified or suited to the role. they’d also heard numerous tails of woe from candidates, who by not receiving any feedback (positive or negative) to their applications, were just bombarding the system with multiple applications indiscriminately. well enough of this cyclic madness! enough of the frustrations from both sides of the camp. exit the old way of doing things and enter jobbed! jobbed! does it differently. it’s a fresh approach. it’s common sense and it’s long overdue.
