joblink of maryland is a free nonprofit recruitment organization bringing together the staffing needs of organizations and recruiters with candidates in the baltimore metro area. joblink was established in 1997 in response to the need oh helping job seekers with their employment objectives. the value added by joblink has only increased in the past few years of economic downturn in which professional clients are either unemployed or underemployed. joblink therefore supports the business needs of organizations either directly though their hr functions and hiring managers or through recruiters, allowing them to post jobs and receive screened referrals. the value added by delivering quality candidates at no cost to either party is obvious. rising advertising costs and time spent reviewing resumes is a drain on staff resources. joblink alleviates these concerns by screening and matching the job requirements and company profile to candidate skills and experience. with joblink's privately fun
