joda nutrition provides individualized nutrition counseling for children, teens, and adults struggling with eating. my mission is to help others help themselves through healing their relationship with food and their body. i practice from a weight-neutral, health at every size perspective and use intuitive eating principles to guide my individualized work with each client. i am anti-diet and i hold space for anyone who has been on a diet, whether one or many, and hope that together we can move free from dieting. i empower my clients to pursue a life worth living outside of their eating disorder or disordered eating patterns.
