jody pilka and associates was founded in 2008 with a mission to assist the residential contruction industry achieve their sales and marketing goals. since 1980 jody has been instrumental in generating 6.5 billion dollars worth of new home sales. her career has earned her unparalled reputation in the new home sales and marketing managment. jody began her career as an on-site sales represenative for ryan homes (dba as nvr), one of the nation's largest homebuilders. she has since held various positions with ryan homes including production supervisor, production manager, costing analyst, regional sales trainer, division president and v.p. of sales and marketing. jody is a member of nahb and received her mirm (member of the institute of residential marketing) designation in 1992. jody received her undergraduate degree in communications from suny brockport and a masters degree from the university of maryand.
