i have built a large and varied skill-set over the years. many consultants take expertise from company to company, being technical experts in their tool-sets. i am by no means a master of any one tool, but have an extremely well rounded knowledge in this space. i am a full-time employee who is offering his services "on-the-side" for consulting, set-ups, training, etc. i bring real world best practices. i have both built processes from the ground up, as well as revamped existing ones to improve controls/performance. i am just one man and i admittedly have limited time compared to the big firms. i am not out to write new software or build huge infrastructure. i will have to take time-off from my job to meet with your staff on occasion, but will do most of my work off-peak hours. yet i offer real-world "tried and true" best practices at a rate that is moderately priced. i work by personal recommendations and word-of-mouth advertising.
