the historic fulton fish market has been home of the monani legacy for over 90 years. starting out with joe monani who migrated from italy in the late 1800; he worked for f fish company in new york's fulton fish market, then opened his own business 5 years later in 1925. in 1945 his son edward took over and in 1970 edward jr. kept the family business running and built it up to one of the most recognized wholesale fish dealers on the east coast. we import fresh fish every day from all over the world, and have our own brand. fulton's finest™ brand calamari, tilapia fillet, perch fillet, pollock fillet. fulton's finest calamari is a cleaned squid favorite and has begun to be recognized nationally.
