Joe O Racing

background joe entered the f4 series as a rookie from a racing family. joe’s dad, robert ostholthoff, was a porsche driving instructor, porsche club president of the chicagoland region, and raced scca. after bob’s death in 2017 (ending a three-year battle with cancer), joe decided to pursue a career in racing and, in 2019, formalized this “on the road to indy car.” joe continues to excel despite limited experience holding his own and exceeding expectations as he moves up the grid! racing career launch at age 19, joe came into this field with strong performance and a passion to succeed and honor his dad with a successful career as a race car driver. joe is a rising junior at the university of dayton in dayton, ohio attending full-time, while also continuing his involvement in the f4 us championship racing series.
