at jbt, we are committed to preparing people for careers in the construction industry, whilst removing the burden from our clients of finding, employing and training apprentices. we work with a range of clients in and around london, including construction companies, property developers, housing associations and local government, helping them fulfill their obligations related to employment and training. to assist with these administrative burdens, we provide a number of services. we directly employ all of our apprentices on behalf of our clients; we provide them with their own tools to set them up for their future careers; and we monitor them both on site and in college, and provide clients with regular progress reports. jbt is a relatively small and close-knit team. we take pride in being able to know our clients and apprentices well and build positive, personal relationships with them. we always ensure that our apprentices are paid on time on time and in full, and that they receive
