the jhbcc inspires neighbors and partners to improve the quality of life on the near eastside by providing tools for change and growth. the jhbcc is comprised of staff that is a collective group of passionate and dedicated individuals whose goal is to improve the quality of life on the near eastside of indianapolis. the creation of numerous services and programs are in response to changes within our neighborhood. the energy and dedication of center staff is the driving force behind our success. through the programs offered at the jhbcc, the staff motivates and supports those who are committed to making a positive change. through our work, the center is inspiring hope and fostering change to improve the lives of neighborhood residents.
