john silvester associates was established in 2004 with the intention of providing a range of services to local government by experienced and skilled professional practitioners. our aim is to help you deliver excellence. the managing director is john silvester dipp(dist), mrtpi, mcim, milam. john is a chartered town planner with over 35 years experience in local government at city, county and district level. from 1993 to 2004 john was director of planning & community services at surrey heath borough council. john was also the national president of the planning officers society for 2002/03. john has an extensive network of contacts in government, within local planning authorities and in non-governmental organisations. john is also a director of planning officers society ltd.
