i'm a self-employed professional performance coach and i work with individuals and groups who are wanting to unlock potential in themselves, and others. my focus is to help leaders in business bring more awareness, collaboration, and creativity to the workplace by helping them become more coach-like in their approach. research into the coaching style of leadership proves that it yields increased productivity and performance, and ultimately unlocks possibility in people by developing skill, confidence, and independence. i know that action changes things, so we use my expertise in simplifying the complex, and helping people build new habits, to translate learning into deliberate and specific activities.
