johnson biomedical capital (jbc) was founded by ray johnson. jbc provides fund raising, licensing, and exit strategy planning support to companies primarily in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. since 2011, we have been active in helping early stage and high growth companies raise over $35m in capital. jbc advises on debt, convertible debt, equity, and preferred equity financings for seed capital to $10m transactions. we are proud to announce that, in 2015, we successfully negotiated the out-license of two technologies for over $4m, and completed one asset sale agreement at a value over $9m.
