the crc is the lead agent (grant writing services), fiscal agent and provider of oversight and staff for several community projects. we have met the criteria set out by the office of community services to be named a community action agency, and thereby an eligible entity to receive community service block grant funds. the crc acts as the granting agency to sub-recipients such as habitat for humanity, the senior center, ymca, ministerial association and casa.
