pase: pilipinx americans in science & engineering is an organization at the university of california, davis that caters to fil-am identified students in stem majors and cultivates their cultural integrity, professional development, academic retention, and social networking skills. we provide services for professional development such as resume, elevator pitch, and interview workshops to prepare our members to form the skills required to succeed in their careers. with respect to academic retention, we support each other in our endeavors to pursue higher education. our programs for academic success include assistance in gathering testing materials, study halls for members, and a file share for study guides. as a testament to our filipino heritage and social networking focus, pase prides itself on the sense of community that our organization has established with the other fil-am organizations at uc davis. additionally, during our general meetings we share the achievements of filipino and
