qala foundation is non-profit organization that has a mission to help raise a new generation of purpose-driven leaders. giving as many people possible leadership skills to lead a purpose-driven lives while being a great steward of their lives and the lives of others. the name qala is derived from an afrikaans word 'ukuqala' which means beginnings. our mission at qala foundation is to help level the playing field of opportunity to the marginalized and underserved populations. our goal is to help give people a start in order for them to achieve their full potential. we will have initiatives that span from financial literacy, up-skill learning, affordable housing, mentorship, and much more. not only will we just help jump start people's journey, we will walk with them throughout their journey
