"jimmy ong motivation and coaching" ("jomc") was established in singapore in 2012, and "jomc kl" in malaysia on june 2018. the name "jomc" was inspired by founder jimmy ong, a survivor of extreme circumstances, an undiagnosed dyslexic, who overcame childhood poverty and a series of major adversities. he did not only survived, but he also rebuilt his life to his wildest dreams. drawing from his personal experiences as they relate to scholastic struggles, he now shares his story to others as unique strategies to encourage their own turn-around, equip them with techniques to overcome adversity and achieve happiness for themselves. today, jimmy is a resilience trainer, leadership coach, author and inspirational speaker, who has given talks to thousands of people from various age groups in singapore, malaysia and around asia. he integrates his own life story as unique strategies to empower leaders, individuals, employees’ own turn-around. the hallmark of his strategy is to get into a tur
