Jonathan+olivia

jonathan+olivia is named after owner jackie o’brien jones niece and nephew. in september 2005 the j+o store opened in vancouver. in august 2008 jackie brought her unique concept to toronto’s burgeoning west queen west scene. seeking a simple existence, jackie closed the vancouver store to relocate to toronto, and marry surface 2 air co-founder, nic jones. in june 2010 jonathan+olivia renovated the toronto store to introduce an in- store topshop boutique, the first of its kind in canada. in october 2010 the j+o online shop was launched. its not all about retail either: j+o has hosted numerous in store events; trunk shows, exhibitions and catwalks with topshop, creep, rita liefhebber, wish you were here, surface to air, saturdays surf x jeremy koreski, jonathan+olivia presents family’ including a clothing drive with camh called "this is west queen west" in april 2013. the space: happy to be slightly off the beaten track, j+o is adjacent to independent boutiques, galleries and toronto’s b
