the jonathan lea network is a law practice focused on corporate and commercial work, specifically: - mergers and acquisitions; - joint ventures and shareholder agreements; - private equity/ venture capital; - finance matters, restructuring and other mainstream company law matters; - commercial agreements and terms and conditions; and - intellectual property matters. as at december 2017, our website attracts page view of almost 300,000 each year which results in an average of 12 new work enquiries a week. the majority of these enquiries are referred to our network of specialist solicitors, while we also take on a few matters ourselves as we grow our own retained team.
