born & raised in san diego, california, i graduated from university of california, san diego in 1987 and continued for my master's in taxation at san diego state university and earned that degree in 1992. i became licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in the state of california in 1993. i've received training at both the international firm level and the local san diego level. in may of 1997 i started a home office based consulting service and officially opened my full service practice in july of 2004. my practice is divided into three primary areas; taxation, accounting and consulting (including software support). taxation includes tax planning, tax research and compliance for corporations, partnerships, llcs, individuals, trusts and non-profit entities. accounting performed by certified public accountants is done at three different levels; compilations, reviews and audits. i accept compilation and review engagements. consulting involves training or non attestation serv
