Joojoo Yoga

here at joojoo wellness we believe that better health and wellness is for everyone, so we offer a blend of yoga styles (astanga, hatha and sivananda) to wake and work the body to help with physical and metaphysical release and to move the body to a better physical state. for this we have adapted classical yoga to the modern day needs of every individual. this makes our sessions beneficial, encouraging for everyone. we then provide reflexology, a treatment of the feet for which we use acupressure to release blockages and build ups of toxins (crystals within the feet). this practice originated from the egyptian era and the ancients believed that anatomy and physiology of the body can be found mapped on the feet, which means that the were able to work and bring balance to the individual.
