Joolz

i’m julien morel – also known as joolz. i work as a freelance ad, graphic designer & illustrator. i live in the sunny south of france. hell yeah. after several years as a professional musician, then as screen-printer, i now try to produce strong, graphical, incisive and edgy images since 2007. self-taught, hard-working, meticulous and perfectionist, i have quickly managed to work for high level clients in the cultural and institutional sectors. based on project requirements, i enjoy experimenting new techniques. my favourite tools include scissors, glue, markers & pencils, tablet, scanner, photoshop and illustrator. i like to be involved in all stages of project development, yet enjoy team-working and challenges on various types of briefs. my skills are mostly focused on static design but i have also done music videos for french & english bands, animations & motion design, websites, cd-roms & dvd authoring.
