welcome to the joondalup family centre! the joondalup family centre inc. is a not-for-profit community based organization, which was established in 1992 to offer a range of programs and services to the people of joondalup and surrounding areas. a volunteer management committee works alongside centre staff to secure strong community ties, provide efficient and effective strategic direction, ensure necessary funding and oversee the high professional standards expected within the organisation. our mission is to reconnect people and build a diverse, cohesive community that grows together, by providing place, connection, inspiration, opportunity, and support. the joondalup family centre programs, services and facilities are funded primarily by the wa government department of communities and the users of the centre-driven services. the organisation also receives ongoing support from our peak body, linkwest and the department of local government and communities educational regulatory unit
