jorg fitness training sessions have been established to provide an outdoor overall fitness program to help encourage and improve fitness, health & wellbeing. we understand that everyone is at different levels of fitness and enjoys different aspects of exercise. so we have developed our sessions and program to cater for all. sessions include a variety of cardio, resistance and flexibility exercises using bodyweight and various equipment . we will help you work towards your individual goals and enjoy the benefits of working in the friendly, supportive and encouraging groups we have developed. if you’d prefer we also offer one-on-one training sessions. our goal is to help you increase your fitness and enjoy the great overall health benefits of exercise in an encouraging and social environment, whilst helping you to continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle! - corporate group fitness sessions - corporate running programs - school athletics & cross country programs - school fitness programs
