after overcoming the 1st brain tumor when i was 21, during the height of my career as a pro bmx athlete.. i got to learn how to take a look at my choices and see how they affected my health and performance in an effort to save my life. this path of auditing my choices & self discovery led to accountability for my circumstances, which led me to seeing ways i could choose to be defined by an ideal vision for my life i held in my mind rather than where i found myself in that moment. i discovered i had a choice. a choice to better myself, inside and out. or, i could give up and see how that worked out. i chose the harder decision and began to see my life change in a positive direction as a direct result. the more i learned, the more i changed my habits and decision making process, and that's how i became passionate about helping others optimize their personal and professional performance. in 2017, i left bmx to pursue a new dream that i turned into a business leading other
