i'm an experienced business consultant operating within the financial, technology and education industries, mainly across europe (warsaw, london & berlin) and usa (new york, austin) however not limited. over the last two years i have delivered topical keynotes at conferences and for companies across the world including dubai, australia and the uk. most recently i was invited to speak as part of bae systems "top influencers" at the worldskills event, attended by 70,000 people each year. one of my major successes in recent times was taking the lead on a worldwide build out and restructure of a $4bn oil & gas organisation based out of america. through my vast network of c-level execs, i led the immediate recruitment of an interim transformation function to support the rollout across 7 countries. within just 18 months we were commended by the ceo and investors for overseeing a 12% reduction in product risk whilst increasing efficiency and ultimately profitability.
