our owner and founder, crystal smiley, began her career in the travel industry in 1998 with the trusted aaa travel organization as this was a way for crystal to pursue her passion for traveling as she raised her family. crystal had experience as an extremely rounded travel advisor starting her career booking corporate travel and then added leisure travel servicing clients in the central pa area. she established a client database that encompasses travelers that live all over the united states and are rather loyal. it was not long before crystal saw an immediate need to book small group travel (less than 30 travelers) and decided to take the leap of faith to branch out on her own and launched journease travel specialists in 2015 with an office in carlisle, pa. sandy walker came on board with the newly formed boutique agency almost immediately bringing her years of expertise in european vacations and exotic destination travel, as well as booking cruises for her loyal client base. addition
