journey to your inner self is a unique learning experience designed for senior executives, experienced managers or key talents who prepare to take a new role. essentially, the program consists of a 3-day trip to delphi (greece) meant to replicate real life situations that help leaders become aware of self behaviours and practices that affect people and organizations performance. so what problems do we want to solve? the leaders’ and leadership crisis within organisations the lack of efficacy of traditional approaches in leadership development the lack of tools and depth in addressing the root cause of any personal development endeavour – knowledge of self why delphi? our consultancy experience with organizations showed us that a traditional in-class approach is time consuming and ineffective for senior executives. we designed a call to an adventure and an experience that would unravel profound, inner issues that cannot be discussed in a usual, formal program. besides these effic
