Joya Scholars

joya scholars is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves the garnet and richman neighborhoods in fullerton, ca. these neighborhoods are comprised of low-income, working class, and immigrant families. our mission at joya scholars is to come alongside middle school and high school students to fill a relational and knowledge gap for students and their families for whom school can be a confusing and intimidating process to navigate. our students are often the first in their families to attempt or dream of attending college. we offer the following programs to our students in order to fill this relational and knowledge gap: 1) mentoring 2) tutoring 3) parent academy 4) sat prep 5) campus visits and cultural outings join is in our mission to prepare and inspire students for college success! more information at joyascholars.org
