joyful nursing provides mentorship, education, merchandise and community to new nurses to facilitate a positive transition into nursing practice. many new nurses feel unsupported, lack confidence and struggle with self-doubt during their early nursing career. they are often met with the unhelpful advice to just give it a year or two and they'll feel better. at joyful nursing, we believe you don't need to just suffer through your early nursing career. we believe that you don't have to barely get by in hopes that you'll make it out the other side before burnout or emotional defeat take over. through mentorship, online education, merchandise and an abundance of community support, we are changing the way new nurses enter into their nursing practice. we are providing support, encouragement, mindset work, confidence building tools, clinical resources and more so that new nurses can actually enjoy the career in nursing they worked so hard for. our vision is that no new nurse will ever ha
