life can leave us feeling “wounded”. at times life can feel confusing, difficult, painful, miserable, and so much more. in those moments we need to talk because holding it all in can be even more agonising. what i offer i work with adults to explore together how you relate to yourself and others, how you communicate, how you think and feel and act. i help you recognise and understand “what is going on for you” and i use a variety of theoretical approaches to accomplish this. together we will uncover who you are inside so that you are more comfortable in your world. i am non-judgemental, warm, compassionate, and honest and my priority is to keep you safe whilst you explore and experience your vulnerabilities. together we will develop more of an understanding of you and what you are experiencing and create a life that feels right for you.
