i founded jp global lead llc after 18 years of working with professional organizations and institutions of higher learning. i served as the director of the robertson center for intercultural leadership at uc berkeley’s international house, co-director of the johns hopkins–nanjing center for chinese and american studies, and director of the stanford program in beijing. i’ve taught about leadership and employability to hundreds of university students from six continents. i’ve worked with ceos and city leaders and trained dozens of professionals to design and lead their own workshops. i’ve delivered hundreds of workshops on global leadership and global diversity, equity, and inclusion, including at the european association for international education, nafsa association of international educators, asia-pacific association for international education, and the international leadership association. that’s why i do what i do: equip leaders and students with awareness and skills for making a
