JRC Learn to Be Lean

our training is developed and delivered in all aspects of lean, including both skills and mindset. focus is to visit the shop floor, understand the people, develop training needs, then deliver the modules with follow up work for participants to show they have understood and can implement the learnings. the shop floor is revisited to review the results, celebrate success and challenge the participants to continue to embed the learnings and share their new knowledge with their teams. training is delivered at all levels. (successful change starts and succeeds only if higher management buy in and participate). work is conducted with a colleague (roddy craig) who has the same background as myself as working together certainly generates more enthusiasm and engagement. together, this provides a very experienced team who have frontline knowledge and expertise in all aspects of production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance, capable of delivering bespoke training and improvement projects, c
