"revitalizing downtown waterloo… one great building at a time." that is the mission of jsa development. jim walsh an attorney, executive, politician, developer and president of jsa development, saw the potential in the city of waterloo and downtown waterloo many years ago. once the bustling heart of the city filled with a variety of stores, restaurants and offices, downtown waterloo had lost much of its business and vitality over the last few decades. grand old buildings bearing the names of their original tenants were becoming run down and were often abandoned and empty. in 2001 jim walsh turned his interest to restoring these once-great buildings and revitalizing downtown waterloo by establishing jsa development. working with several quality local contractors and building professionals, jsa development is working to restore the downtown to its former glory for a whole new generation.
