founded in 2010, jtr collections are a niche, successfully run enforcement agency with one desire at heart, to be different. whilst growing steadily since it started, jtr have collected over £6.5 million pounds of uncollected council tax and business rates that had previously been allocated to other enforcement agencies as prime 1st and 2nd placement debt but returned uncollected and potentially written off. on target for beating £7.5 million in collections this year, jtr are proving to be the enforcement agency that really is different! how do we do it? we listen. with over 60 years of experience in the industry, jtr have changed the way in which debt is collected for local authorities. we work smarter with an entirely fresh innovative approach to others - we think outside the box. we work very closely with the local authority and the debtor, to gain a better understanding of circumstances, we are able to engage on a level that is preferred on all parts and we help to educate the debt
